TERMS OF GUARANTEE
GENERAL
The defective watch must be accompanied by the International Guarantee Certificate endorsed by an Orient Authorised Dealer.
A handling fee of $30 per watch will be levied ($50 for Orient Star or Special Edition watches) for watches purchased from online sellers and non-authorised dealers.
Customer who seeks warranty service agrees to be bound by the decision that Leslie Chang Pte Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim or repair request in their discretion.
EXCLUSIONS
Glass, bracelet/strap, battery failure and any damage(s) caused by any misuse, neglect, improper use testing, accident, negligence, unauthorised attempts to open, tamper, repair or modify, or excessive wear and tear.
